London - World Refugee Day (14 images)
On World Refugee Day (20 June), several hundred refugees, asylum seekers and supporters paraded through London carrying huge white umbrellas, to celebrate the protection of refugees. Umbrella parades will be taking place in eight other cities across Europe.
The parade was organised by the Refugee Council, UNHCR, The British Red Cross, Amnesty International, Refugee Action, and Student Action for Refugees, as part of Refugee Week 2010.
